i wonder how many people in this world own this shoe... or if there's a stash of unopened, forgotten boots just collecting dust. once sold for only $49.99!!! omg.
you can see them on desperately seeking susan (one of the best movies... EVER). madonna trades in her sweet jacket for these boots.



not sure which is more awesome... ok... the boots. i'd give my savings to have a pair. or i'd just settle for these...

so i was trying to find pictures of martin gore circa 1994 in his silver lame shorts. however, i stumbled upon this picture:
i definitely gasped in amazement/wonder/lust. yummy leather motorcycle jacket, studded jewelry and bondage.
martin's chest piece (?) looks like the forefather to erin wasson's new jewelry line low luv.
sure, the neck/chest piece is much more delicate and, well, wearable, but still fantastic. i love the idea of jewelry decorating other parts of the body rather than just the neck. ear or wrist. jewelry should be worn everywhere, and a piece inspired by bondage (ahem, a nod to martin gore and his amazingness) is just the creativity i can appreciate.
but i can be honest in saying i've never been a fan of erin wasson, and a great reason for me to feel this way is the designer bliss lau. i was researching low luv and stumbled upon bliss' website. much of a simliarity, erin? bliss! you have captured my heart in such ways i cannot describe! i love you!
